United Airlines CEO now apologizing about passenger dragged from plane


The CEO of United Airlines is issuing a new apology for the incident in which a man was forcibly removed from a flight. New video shows the passenger before the removal, and the passenger who shot it says he was not belligerent. NBC’s Tom Costello reports for TODAY.
