More than 100 women and children have been evacuated from a steel plant in Mariupol in a harrowing operation orchestrated by the United Nations and the Red Cross. Around 200 civilians remain trapped inside, with thousands more still in the Ukrainian city, according to officials. NBC’s Erin McLaughlin reports for TODAY.
