Trump was directly involved in hush money payments, report says
President Trump allegedly had knowledge of and was involved in hush money payments to two women who say they had sexual encounters with him, according to new documents obtained by the Wall Street Journal. The documents were related to the case against Trump’s former lawyer, Michael Cohen, when prosecutors prepared an indictment they never needed to use because he pleaded guilty.
