RNC communications director Sean Spicer, who was just chosen to be President-elect Trump's White House press secretary, says Trump’s tweet over nuclear capabilities was just “a warning to them that this president is going to take action.” On Trump’s use of Twitter, Spicer said, “When stories and facts are not communicating accurately, he’s going to be setting the record state … he has a direct line to the American people with his Twitter account.”
