Matthew Cordle, who confessed in a YouTube video to killing accidentally killing a man while driving drunk, will return to court today after the judge in Tuesday’s arraignment abruptly postponed the trial, claiming normal court procedures were not being followed. Cordle’s attorney says Cordle will plead not guilty.
