Pvt. Travis King, the 23-year-old U.S. soldier in North Korean custody, “willfully and without authorization crossed the military demarcation line,” Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin says. He was reportedly on a commercial tour of the Demilitarized Zone when he made the dangerous crossing. NBC’s Keir Simmons reports for TODAY.
