Tom Hanks and Elizabeth Dole support military caregivers, and show you how to help

06:27

Actor Tom Hanks visits TODAY to draw attention to the nearly 6 million military caregivers who help take care of our country’s wounded veterans. He is joined by one of them, Jessica Allen, whose military husband was severely injured by an improvised explosive device. From Washington, D.C., Sen. Elizabeth Dole is joined by 50 military caregivers to talk about the work the “Hidden Heroes” foundation is doing on their behalf, and they share what all of us can do to help.
