First year of Colorado pot sales brings pluses, minuses
A year since it became the first state to legalize the sale of marijuana for recreational use, Colorado has made $60 million in tax revenue, licensing and fees. But controversy still surrounds the law: While there has been a 65 percent decrease in black market marijuana seizures, marijuana DUI arrests have doubled. NBC’s Gabe Gutierrez reports.
