As TODAY focuses on food insecurity across the country with our Season of Giving food drive, Al Roker is in East Hartford, Connecticut with Jason Jakubowski, who is in charge of food distribution there. “Seven and a half million pounds of food we’ve distributed since April,” Jakubowski says. He says food insecurity there has increased up to 30 percent during the pandemic, “numbers we’ve never seen before.”Dec. 15, 2020
