Tim Piazza’s parents start coalition to stop hazing on campuses
Jim and Evelyn Piazza, the parents of Tim Piazza, a Penn State student who died in 2017 at the age of 19 after drinking dangerous levels of alcohol at a fraternity, are turning their tragedy into action. The couple, along with two other families who lost their kids as a result of hazing, are joining national fraternity and sorority organizations to try to end hazing on college campuses.
