While Michelle Poler had always been aware of her fears, she started noticing the issue more when she went off to college and found they were holding her back. To change her mindset, Poler started on a journey to tackle some of the scariest she could think off. She jumped off of a cliff, took off her clothes in front a group of people and completed her challenge by giving a talk at a TEDx event.
