Damon Gameau, actor and director of “That Sugar Film,” tells Kathie Lee and Hoda about his experience eating 40 teaspoons of added sugar every day for 60 days and why he did it. He’s joined by TODAY diet and nutrition editor Madelyn Fernstrom to examine how much sugar can be concealed in “healthy” foods and says that people need to understand where sugar is hidden “so they actually know what moderation means.”
