Greg Abbott, governor of Texas, tells TODAY that new information surfacing about the deadly church massacre in Sutherland Springs indicates that the location may not have been chosen at random. He also says it’s unclear whether alleged gunman Devin Kelley died of wounds inflicted by a neighbor he exchanged fire with, or a self-inflicted wound.
