A pair of gunmen opened fire in the Tunisian resort town of Sousse, a popular destination for European tourists, and officials say at least 27 people were killed. In France, at least one man attacked a gas factory in the southeastern part of the country where officials discovered remains indicating that a man had been beheaded, and at least 16 people are dead in Kuwait after a suicide bomber detonated an explosive belt. A post on a twitter account with alleged ties to ISIS claims responsibility for the attack. NBC’s Peter Alexander reports.
