Tensions flare in Ferguson under state of emergency, dozens arrested


Dozens of people were arrested as a new round of clashes and confrontations took place in Ferguson, Missouri, one year after the shooting death of Michael Brown. The protests spread beyond Ferguson, tying up rush-hour traffic on Interstate 70, a major traffic artery. NBC’s Ron Allen reports for TODAY.
