Tension grips Paris in wake of terror attacks


“There’s a somber and nervous air in this city this morning,” NBC’s Bill Neely is on the streets of Paris as schools, museums and other landmarks like the Eiffel Tower reopen for the first time since the terror attacks that killed 129 people. Meanwhile, the suspected mastermind of the attacks has been identified as police carried out more than 168 raids on homes across France.
