Swing state showdown: Record Latino turnout could impact Florida

A hard-fought campaign may come down to swing states like Florida, were half of all eligible voters have already voted, and 15 percent of early voters are Hispanics, a much higher proportion than in 2012. There are also surges of early Latino voting in Arizona, Nevada and parts of Texas. NBC’s Gabe Gutierrez reports for TODAY from outside Miami.
