Stuffed octopuses soothe premature babies at English hospital

A special toy is helping premature babies grow and thrive. A hospital in England has received hundreds of crocheted cephalopods that are believed to help the babies’ health. The babies like to squeeze the tentacles, which remind them of the umbilical cord. The octopuses also keep them from pulling out their tubes.
