Study: Those who do high-intensity exercise have ‘younger’ brains

Researchers asked the 900 participants in a recent study how often they exercise, and later tested their memory skills and had them undergo a brain MRI. Those who said they took part in moderate to high intensity exercise, like running and racquetball, scored better on the tests. Researchers say low-intensity activities like walking, golf, bowling and yoga don't count.
