Study finds Americans aren’t proactive about heart health


When it comes to keeping a healthy heart, Americans aren't making the grade. A recent study finds that less than 3 percent of Americans follow four basic health behaviors required to avoid cardiovascular disease, as well as many other health conditions. These behaviors include a healthy diet, moderate exercise, maintaining a healthy body weight, and not smoking.
