Study: Conceive sooner after miscarriage to reduce complications


Researchers are offering new advice to couples who suffer a miscarriage early in pregnancy. Currently, those couples are often advised to wait at least three months before trying again. Now, a new government study finds that women who try to conceive sooner are more likely to become pregnant without added complications than those who waited three or more months.
