Secretary of the Treasury Steven Mnuchin tells TODAY that the proposed Trump administration tax plan is about “a middle-income tax cut,” not cutting taxes on the wealthy: “This is all about jobs, jobs, jobs.” He says the tax cut will be paid for by economic growth and elimination of deductions for special interests. He also says the American people are “comfortable” with President Trump not releasing his tax returns.
