A new study from the University of Michigan is claiming couples that drink (or not) together, stay together. The study's author, Dr. Kira Birditt, found that in particular, if one spouse drank and the other did not, they were more dissatisfied in their marriage. Marriages in which each spouse drank reported being happier. One reason for this could be that couples who take part in leisurely activities together are more satisfied in their relationships.
