Rut Busters Challenge: Women give updates after week 4


Donna Sanzeri, Kathy Boles and Christy Stokes — who are partaking in the Rut Busters Challenge to achieve health goals with the help life coach Valorie Burton, nutritionist Joy Bauer and fitness trainer Erica Lugo — share their progress after a month into the challenge.
