Report: Woman who died in Texas jail was depressed

The Associated Press reports that in two videos posted online this year, Sandra Bland said she was suffering from depression. After moving to Texas from Illinois, she was arrested during a traffic stop, after which, officials said, she hanged herself. The FBI and the Texas Rangers are investigating.July 17, 2015
