Remnants of Fred bring heavy rain to East as fire dangers grow out West


In the East, the remnants of Fred are pushing further north and continuing to dump heavy rain after triggering catastrophic flooding in parts of the South. Meanwhile, dangerous new wildfires are exploding out West. NBC’s Catie Beck reports from Clyde, North Carolina, and TODAY’s Al Roker has the forecast.
