Jeffrey Katzenberg, co-founder of Dreamworks, joins TODAY from his home to talk about his new streaming service, launching Monday. Called Quibi, it serves up quick bites of entertainment and daily essentials, including custom newscasts from NBC News. He says that Americans stuck at home need “breaks of time” and demonstrates some of the service’s new technology, which optimizes video viewing no matter what angle the phone is held at.
