Vladimir Putin is expected to be re-elected for a fourth term as Russia’s President. He didn’t face significant opposition and his base of support has grown stronger with the help of millennial voters. His only challenge is coming from outside Russia’s borders as Great Britain continues to apply pressure after an ex-Russian spy and his daughter were poisoned by a nerve agent in London. NBC’s Richard Engel reports.
