When a Minneapolis school near the precinct where George Floyd died in police custody put out a call for food donations, cars lined up for 14 blocks to help. Amy Nelson, principal of Sanford Middle School, tells TODAY “it was incredible,” adding, “This is an example of folks coming together, and I hope we continue to do this.”June 3, 2020
