President of US soccer refutes wage discrimination claims


Carlos Cordeiro, the president of U.S. soccer, released figures Monday showing that the women’s national team has been paid more than the men’s team. His numbers show that the women were paid nearly $34 million between 2010 and 2018, when the men were paid $26.4 million.
