Two lawsuits have been filed against a California-based trucking company and one of its drivers for negligence after a deadly accident on a New Mexico highway. Eight people died and 25 were injured when a tractor trailer blew a tire and smashed into a Greyhound bus traveling in the opposite direction. Just hours after the crash, a pregnant woman who survived the collision gave birth to twins. NBC’s Kristen Welker reports for TODAY.
