The Clark County Major Crimes Unit in Washington state has completed its investigation into an incident caught on camera in which a teenager is shown pushing her friend off a 60-foot-tall bridge into a river. Police are now identifying the suspect as Taylor Smith, who now says she’s staying away from home because she’s been receiving threats. She told NBC News via phone and text message that she “feels really bad about what happened” and “she’s apologized several times.” NBC’s Joe Fryer reports for TODAY.Aug. 15, 2018
