At least 11 people were killed and six others injured when Robert Bowers, 46, allegedly opened fire at the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Bowers, armed with an assault rifle and making anti-Semitic statements, surrendered to authorities after the rampage and was taken into custody.
