Call them “disservice” animals: some passengers have found a loophole to bring all kinds of animals on board planes as “emotional support” animals. Airline workers say the midair menagerie is causing havoc, and critics say passengers are just trying to evade the fees airlines charge for flying with a pet, as well as avoiding having to take them in carriers. NBC’s John Yang reports.
