Two men convicted of killing the wife and daughters of Dr. William Petit in a 2007 home invasion were condemned to death – but now the state’s supreme court has reduced their sentence to life without parole. Cynthia Hawke-Renn, sister of Dr. Petit’s wife, victim Jennifer Hawke-Petit, says “she would want something worse than just having those two men live their lives out in prison.” NBC’s Kristen Dahlgren reports for TODAY.
