Peggy Grande, the former executive assistant to President Ronald Reagan, gives TODAY a behind-the-scenes look at the personal life of the president in her new memoir, “The President Will See You Now.” Grande recounts her decade serving Reagan post-White House—his marriage to first lady Nancy Reagan and his struggle with Alzheimer’s disease. “There really weren’t two Reagans,” she tells TODAY’s Natalie Morales, “he had a graciousness.”
