Paul Manafort pardon ‘not off the table,’ Trump says

President Trump has not ruled out a presidential pardon for his former campaign chairman, Paul Manafort, whose lawyers have reportedly briefed the president’s legal team on special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia probe after Manafort arranged a guilty plea. The president told the New York Post that a pardon “was never discussed, but I wouldn't take it off the table.” NBC White House correspondent Kristen Welker reports for TODAY.
