Passenger complaints about airplane legroom will not lead to regulation
The Federal Aviation Administration said it will not order the nation’s airlines to stop shrinking the size of airline seats after a passengers’ rights group went to court. The government agency says tight rows are safe despite passenger complaints. NBC’s Gabe Gutierrez reports for TODAY.
