As she’s about to compete in the 2020 Tokyo Paralympic Games, Jessica Long sits down with TODAY’s Jenna Bush Hager. Long was born in Siberia, Russia, with a rare condition called fibular hemimelia, which caused her to have her legs amputated at 18 months old.
