‘Panic everywhere’: Witnesses describe Brussels attacks

NBC’s Keir Simmons tells TODAY that witnesses are giving “distressing accounts” of the scene at the Brussels airport where two explosions killed at least 11 people and injured many more. “Everything was coming down,” said one witness, describing the situation as “chaos.” In the Brussels subway explosion, another witness says, “there was panic everywhere.”
