Opioid overdoses are the leading killer of Americans under 50 – more than car crashes or gun deaths. Used legally for chronic pain management, it’s now being manufactured, trafficked and sold illegally as a state drug in Montgomery County, Ohio the so-called “overdose capital of America.” MSNBC’s Jacob Soboroff reports as part of his special series, “One Nation Overdosed.”
