Officer who shot Daunte Wright charged with 2nd-degree manslaughter


Overnight, demonstrators once again descended on police headquarters in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, where Daunte Wright was fatally shot. Kim Potter, the veteran officer who resigned after firing the fatal shot, has now been charged with second-degree manslaughter. NBC’s Morgan Chesky reports for TODAY.
