Obama pledges $90 million to clear unexploded bombs from Vietnam War in Laos


The U.S. dropped more than 2 million bombs on Laos during the war in neighboring Vietnam, and they still kill or maim dozens of people each year. On Monday morning President Obama, in Laos to strengthen diplomatic ties, pledged $90 million to help clear unexploded bombs.
