NYPD pulls nearly 3,000 bodycams after 1 explodes

The New York City Police Department has pulled nearly 3,000 body cameras out of service after one of them exploded. An officer reportedly noticed smoke coming out of his bodycam on Saturday. As he removed it, the device burst into flames. The NYPD pulled that line of cameras, but still has more than 12,000 others in service.
