NYPD commissioner: There are no credible threats targeting parade


James O’Neill, the commissioner for the New York City Police Department, says the unprecedented security measures taken during the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade stem from the terrorist attacks in France, Belgium and Germany over the past year. He tells TODAY’s Matt Lauer and Savannah Guthrie that while there have been talks of terrorist attacks targeting the parade, none of them are credible.
