NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo: ‘We don’t have a king; we have a president’

Regarding President Trump’s claim Monday of “total” authority to reopen the country, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo says, “Frankly, I don’t know what he’s talking about,” adding, “we don’t have a king; we have a president.” He says the 10th amendment to the Constitution gives the states the right to decide when to reopen businesses and venues.
