Overnight, North Korea claimed it successfully detonated a hydrogen bomb underground. The rogue nation also says the bomb was designed to be loaded onto an intercontinental ballistic missile. NBC’s Ron Allen reports for Sunday TODAY from Seoul, South Korea.Sept. 3, 2017
