New York City subways will close at night for cleaning, Gov. Cuomo announces


In an effort to reopen New York, Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced that for the first time, the New York City subways will be shut down from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. for deep cleaning. He also announced dramatic expansion of a contact tracing program. NBC’s Gabe Gutierrez reports for TODAY from Times Square.
