New York City reopens as national protests spur coronavirus concerns


The epicenter of the U.S. pandemic, New York City, is taking its first major steps toward reopening Monday. The move comes amid a surge in cases in other cities that have eased restrictions, and in the wake of nearly two weeks of mass protests. NBC's Morgan Radford reports for TODAY from Times Square.
