New study finds that these trivial activities are top mood boosters
A recent study set out to find the top mood boosters, and it turns out that it’s often the most trivial activities that make us feel best. Among the most rewarding feelings: Finding money in your pocket, sleeping with no alarm set and listening to the rain in bed. Others took to social media to share more little things that boost their mood. TODAY’s Carson Daly reports from the Orange Room.
